I must confess

Hoy mis queridos lectores... me voy a confesar....
Todos nos sentimos a contracorriente alguna vez, verdad? Pues yo me siento así con los archiconocidos bolsos de Louis Vuitton, así que desde aquí confieso al mundo que los detesto!! Los odio!! Me parecen horrosos!!
Pero la gente los adora y son objetos de culto entre las fashionistas.
Os estoy hablando en concreto de estos estampados:

We all feel out of place sometimes, don´t we? Well, this is exactly how I feel about the super famous handbags by Louis Vuitton, so I confess to the world I hate them!! I cannot stand them!! They are so ugly!!
But people adore and worship them!!
I am talking about this print in particular:

Para empezar, me parecen hasta de mala calidad, la piel no parece ni buena. Pero es que lo que no soporto es que el estampado esté repleto del logo del firma. Yo creo que cuando algo es suficientemente bueno y conocido no hace falta caer en un marketing tan obvio, es como si cada uno de ellos dijera "ehhh, mírame!! ya sé que parezco un bolso del rastro pero soy un bolso de lujo, no ves de qué marca soy??? Pues ya sabes, tienes que adorarme y morirte por mis huesos, quiero decir, por mis costuras!!"
Pues no no y mil veces no!!!
Sí he tenido la oportunidad de tener un original es mis manos y examinarlo bien de cerca y os aseguro que los de los mercadillos no los desmerecen en absoluto.
En concreto he tenido en las manos el siguiente modelo, el "neverfull" que viene a ser "nunca lleno". El nombre de este bolso es lo único que salvo de toda esta gama y me gustaría todavía más si fuera "neverfull neverheavy", o lo que es lo mismo "nunca lleno, nunca pesado", es decir, el sueño de todas nosotras.
No entiendo por qué los chicos se empeñan en ir al gimnasio, si de verdad quieren hacer pesas, que carguen con nuestros bolsos!! verás que barato les sale y lo contentas que nos tendrían. Supongo que en esto estaremos todas de acuerdo ;)

First of all they look like poor quality leather handbags to me, but what really annoys me is to see the image of the brand printed everywhere on them. I believe that if something is good and famous enough, it is not neccessary to make the publicity so obvious. It is as if everyone of them were saying something like this "ehhh, look at me!! I know I look like a streetmarket handbag but I am a luxury one, cannot you see my brand??? So you already know what you have to do, you do have to worship me, you should be dying to get me"
Well, I say no no and no!!!
I had the chance to have in my hands the following model, its name is "nevelfull". This handbag´s name is the only thing I like among all this stuff and I would like it better if it were "nevelfull neverheavy", this is to say, a dream come true. I do not undestand why guys insist on going to the gym, if they want to lift weight they could carry our handbags!! It would be much cheaper and they would make us so happy. I suppose we all will agree on this ;)

Y bueno, yo pensé que me daba un ataque cuando salió la versión lolailo... por si acaso el modelo inicial no era suficientemente feo:

Si de mi dependiese, sólo salvaría de la quema los siguientes modelos, que si bien siguen teniendo el logo de la firma por todos sitios, es un poco más discreto y el diseño y el tejido me gustan bastante más:

If it depended on me, I would save from the flames the following models because though they still have the brand all over, it is more discret and I like better the design and the fabric:

Este año hay una famosa en concreto que no se va a separar de ellos y esa es Angelina Jolie. No es que sea una confesa fan de estos bolsos, si no que es la imagen de la firma. He leído no sé dónde que va a cobrar diez millones de dólares por ser su imagen durante un año, no está mal ehh! Bueno igual yo por esa cantidad igual también me dejaba sacar algunas fotos con estos bolsos :)
Supongo que esta mujer será la más envidiada del año porque de un brazo se cuelga un Louis Vuitton y del otro a Brad Pitt... Aquí la tenemos:

If there is a celebrity who will be carrying handbags by Louis Vuitton this year, she is Angelina Jolie. It is not because she is a super fan, the reason is that she is the image of the Louis Vuitton´s handbags this year. I have read somewhere that she will earn ten million dolars with this contract. I might allow to be taken some pictures with these handbags for this amount of money too ;)
I suppose she will be the envy of the world this year because she holds a Louis Vuitton handbag on one arm
and Brad Pitt on the other one... Here she is:

Bueno y vosotros qué me contáis? Odiais algo en concreto de firmas que se supone que tenemos que adorar?
