Hola!!!
Normalmente los fines de semana no publico nada, pero comentar los estilismos de la boda de Guillermo y Kate era demasiado tentador como para esperar hasta el lunes, así que aquí va mi crónica, eso sí, vamos a analizar todo el evento desde otro punto de vista, nos vamos a fijar en los detalles.
Comencemos por la cena pre-boda en el hotel Mandarin Oriental de Londres.
I never post during weekends but there is a good wedding-excuse today and I could not wait until monday to comment the outfits, but let´s have a look at the weeding from a different point of view, let´s focus on details!
La leti lleva un vestido espectacular. Maquillaje y peinado perfectos pero está hecha un saquín de huesos y se le notan los músculos muchísimo:
Letizia of Spain is in a wonderful gown. Make up and hair style just perfect but she is so skinny...
La reina, muy reina y muy elegante. Me gusto especialmente el chal que tiene una caída preciosa:
The queen of Spain, very elegant. The fabric looks so good!
Beatriz de Inglaterra con vestido que tira más a alfombra roja que a un acto como estos, pero le marca la silueta y después de todos los kilos que ha perdido, ese debía ser precisamente su objetivo:
Beatrice of England in a red-carpet style dress. There is no doubt she wanted to show the result of the diet she has done:
Y otra vez la leti. No me gustó nada, ese color no le favorece y el sombrero años 20, pues ni fu ni fa. Le salvo los guantes:
Letizia of Spain. Total deception. That color does not suit her and that says nothing to me. Her gloves are ok:
La princesa Ana, entre mis favoritas poruqe arriesgó con la combinación de colores:
Ana of England is one of my favourite due to the color combination:
Victoria de Suecia monocromática con el color de la temporada, aunque a lo mejor un sosa, también entre mis favoritas:
Victoria of Sweden in the it color of the season, she was also one of my favourite guests:
Ahora, que para monocromática y arriesgada, una amiga del príncipe Guillermo, que también se ha colado entre las más elegantes. En mi opinión bastante excesiva. Atención a los guantes, larguísimos!!
This lady in blue really ran the risk with her outfit but it worked because she is in the list of the most elegant guests. Special mention to her gloves, so long!!
Una de las sorpresas de la boda fue Máxima de Holanda, amante de las pamelas como es, se decantó por un turbante. Directa a la cima de las más elegantes!
Maxima of Holland has been the surprise of the wedding. Being so fan of broad-brimmed hat she chose a turban. So pretty!!
El abrigo de Camilla me gustó un montón. Muy original el detalle bicolor:
Camilla´s coat with two colors was very original. I liked it:
La madre de la novia, elegantísima y muy a la altura, como se le nota su pasado como azafata :)
Kate´s mother very very elegant!
Un atuendo realmente original. Todavía no tengo claro si me gusta o no, es decir, el conjunto me convence, pero puede que sea un poco excesivo para una boda de este tipo. ¿Qué pensáis?
The most original outfit. I have not decided yet wheter I like it or not, I mean, it is ok in general, but it might be too excessive for this kind of events. What do you think?

I am going to be a bit mean and will allow myself to make a comparision. I hope I will be able to come back to London after this, otherwise I will have a fit!!!
La reina debe ser muy predecible para sus súbditos porque los pronósticos se cumplieron y fue de amarillo.

Para ser la anfitriona, pues va un poco normalita, así que me tomo licencia para una segunda maldad. En realidad esta maldad ha sido sugerida por "Anónimo" en los comentarios del post anterior. Qué list@, así no te vetan en el país!!:
She was the host and her outfit was too normal, so I will be a bit mean again... In fact, this has been suggested by "Anonymous" in the comments of the previous post. Ah! this is a good way of being allowed to come back to England:
Mención especial a la dama de honor, hermana de la novia y nueva soltera de oro. Parecía una novia también, pero por lo que he leído por ahí si vas de dama de honor, puedes ir de blanco y de largo. Para la noche, muy guapa de verde. Vaya tipazo!!!
Special mention to the bridesmaid and bride´s sister. She looked like a bride, but as far as I know, if you are the bridesmaid you are allowed to wear a long white dress. For dinner at night, she was as spectacular as in the ceremony. She looks like a model!

Y la novia. Personalmente esta chica me gusta mucho en general. El vestido le quedaba muy bien y le favorecía especialmente en la zona de la cintura, aunque no me gustó mucho. Entiendo que los vestidos de novias reales tienen que sobrevivir al paso del tiempo, pero cuando lo vi no me sorprendió en absoluto. Me pareció aburrido. Lo de las mangas de encaje está muy visto. ¿Por qué las princesas reales siempre eligen vestidos de novia de manga larga?¿Protocolo?
And the bride. In general, I like her very much. The wedding dress fitted and suited her above all around the waist, though I did not like it much. I undestand, this kind of dresses have to survive through time, but it did not surprise me at all when I first saw it. It was a bit boring. Why do princess always wear long sleeve wedding dresses?¿Protocol?
Pero qué me decís del velo por la cara ¿??¿??¿?¿ A cuadros me quedé cuando la vi. ¿A qué se debe? Esto es sin duda el gran misterio de la boda para mi.
And what about the bridal´s veil???? I got astonished when I saw her. Why is that? Undoubtedly, this is the great mistery of this wedding to me.

A continuación, la mujer de uno de los hijos de la reina de Inglaterra, que consciente de su posición no toma el sol en topless, pero claaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaro, luego se notan las marcas. ¿Habrá oido hablar de los bikinis sin tirantes?¿Y de los autobronceadores? Por las imágenes está bastante claro que no :)

Tatiana Blatnik, mujer del príncipe Nicolás de Grecia, guapísima. Me encantó el vestido y sobre todo, el detalle del collar a la espalda:

Y Victoria de Suecia luciendo tipín y muy sonriente. El marido es una mezcla del Ken de Barbie y Clark Kent, no os parece?
Victoria of Sweden slender and smily. Her husband is a mix between Ken(Barbie) and Clark Kent. Do you agree?
Y no me hace falta ver la parte de abajo, para declararla la peor de la noche. ¿Seguro que no tenía nada más que ponerse? Y es más, ¿Por qué tiene esto?
And I do not need to see the bottom of the dress to claim that she is the worst of the night. Did not she have anything else to wear? Moreover, why does she have such a thing?

Los Beckham me gustaron, aunque Victoria se pasó con la altura de los tacones (qué tacones!!!) y el sombrerito es un poco de azafata. Eso sí, con la repercusión de un acto como este, ella se hace autopublicidad y va con un diseño propio. Se han colado entre los más elegantes:
I liked the Beckhams, though Victoria was too excessive in those high heels (so high!!!) and the hat reminds me to an air hostess´ one. She is really smart because concious of the impact of this event, she bets for auto-publicity and wore a dress of her own collection:
